Lutron Maestro RA2 Select 8 Amp Smart Switch
The Lutron Maestro RA2 Select 8 Amp Smart Switch is the switch you want if you need simple on/off functionality but want to be able to control that circuit via app control. This switch, or RRD-8S as we refer to it, basically acts as a PowPak and switch in one. You can also pair Picos to it to be able to control the circuit from another location without having to run wires.
The RRD-8S is rated for 8 amps, so you have plenty of headroom to run multiple lights off of the switch. If you use this switch to control your lights, it will not be able to dim them. For that, you need the RRD-PRO. The RRD-8S switch works great if all you need to do is turn something on or off, like a fan.
