5 AXIS CNC Perfection

The foam cannon mount began its journey with our friend Bradley Norby at Perfect Detail USA. Bradley wasn't too thrilled with simply placing his foam cannon on the ground in his garage and mobile detail rig. So, he took matters into his own hands and created the first version of the mount, which he sold through his store. When he approached us about selling it too, we saw an opportunity to take a great idea and make it even better!

Introducing the Perfect Detail x OG foam cannon mount - now machined from a solid piece of stainless steel with a slightly machine-brushed finish, giving it a premium look. You'll notice the odd placement of the Perfect Detail and Obsessed Garage branding when you inspect the mount. We're all about clean aesthetics, just like how we go about debadge our cars, we've already taken care of debadging the mount for you.

You might be wondering why we made it smaller. Well, believe it or not, bigger isn't always better! The mount is now perfectly sized to fit on a 2x4 stud in your garage, but if you prefer, you can still self-tap it to your detailing cart.

One significant improvement we've made is that the mount is now completely sealed on the backside. This change ensures no residual water from the foam cannon finds its way to your drywall. It did result in a slight change in the mount's height, but we truly believe it's a worthwhile trade-off for the added protection.

Yes, It's OG Spec

When we set out to design the foam cannon mount we wanted nothing less than perfection. We wanted it OG spec. So, we made a few changes from Bradley's original design with his permission.

We took the time to give the screws a perfect countersink, ensuring that everything fits together like a dream. It may seem like a small detail, but it's the little things that truly matter, right? You'll also be supplied with stainless screws to perfectly match the stainless holder.

And oh, here's something we're really excited about - all our couplers are designed to snugly fit into the mount, giving it a sleek, seamless look. We wanted it to feel like they belonged together as one piece.

From 3D Prototype To Production

This new version of the foam cannon mount started here in Florida, right on our 3D printer. Now, we've made it to full production with the help of 5 Axis HAAS milling machines. We're so excited to offer custom solutions like this to you, our awesome customers. Thank you for making this possible! And guess what?
