Weld Cleaning Fluid

CGT-350 is a mild yet effective fluid designed for stainless steel weld cleaning and passivation. Ideal for use on light and dark TIG and light MIG welds, CGT-350 offers a non-hazardous chemical formula that can be safely transported by air.

• Effective Cleaning: Suitable for light and dark TIG, and light MIG welds.
• Air-Transportable: Non-hazardous formula allows for easy and safe transportation.
• Passivation Capabilities: Enhances the corrosion resistance of stainless steel surfaces.

Note: CGT-350 is not suitable for electropolishing. For this, use our Cougartron CGT-550 weld cleaning and polishing fluid (WELC3048).

Usage Instructions:

1. Dip the weld cleaning brush into the CGT-350 weld cleaning fluid.
2. Clean the weld with a circular motion until the desired result is achieved.
3. Wipe away any excess fluid residue from the treated surface.
4. Apply neutralizing fluid to the cleaned area.
5. Wipe away with a clean cloth.

Important:

• Ensure the weld cleaning brush is wet at all times for optimal results. Frequently dip the brush into the weld cleaning fluid during the cleaning process.
